Two Music Events to Check out in August

Opatovina Music Jam and Dance Evenings at Zrinjevac start tonight!

A great new event to make summer nights more bearable starts this weekend – Opatovina Music Jam.
Every Friday and Saturday in August, 9 p.m. – 11 p.m., you’ll be able to give young musicians from the Rock Academy a chance to play and show you how hard they’ve been working.
The Rock Academy has educated more than 5,000 musicians, organised 500 concerts, more than 100 lectures, and cooperated with various musicians and institutions in its 25 years, and this is the first time that their students will show their skills in front of the audience at Opatovina.

Another great music-related event you can look forward to is Dance Evenings at Zrinjevac. Part of Zagreb Time Machine project, the event is organised by Zagreb Tourist Board August 4 – 13, 11 a.m. – 11 p.m., with live music programme starting at 8 p.m. every night.
