Young photographer Srđan Hulak continues his video series showing the beauty of island Krk in 4K resolution.
Srđan Hulak is no stranger to capturing the captivating beauty of island Krk. In fact, we were first introduced to Hulak back in autumn when he delighted viewers with his kick-off video for this Krk series (view it here). Today, we meet Hulak once again as he takes us on a spin through Krk’s natural wonders, this time in the winter.
“The video series and the YouTube channel launched with the purpose of promoting my island to all lovers of the island, as well as to those who will become lovers of the island. In addition to the beauty, the video also transmits useful information, extracting the jewels from the offer of the island and presenting them in English. I believe that Croatian tourism deserves to be more than just a seasonal episode, so I will try and make these rare and beautiful images of our area outside the classic season,” says Hulak on HRTurizam on March 19, 2017.
After the first video in the series filmed in autumn was viewed nearly 12,000 times, a new season brings a new video, showing just how incredibly enchanting the island of Krk is in winter.

The video highlights island Košljun, Baška vineyards, the waterfall Vela Rika, frozen lakes, fishermen, village Stara Baška, and archaeological sites.
“My desire with this series is to increase the visibility of the island universally and point out the fact that this is only a stone to the foundation for the further visual branding of the island that it deserves,” concludes Hulak.
